Have they forgotten the true meaning of Halloween?
Ban the no-fun size!

Pff, this poor Millennial clearly does not remember the glory that was Halloween before there was any such thing as 'fun-size' candy bars.

Used to be, we'd set out at sunset, trick-or-treat till midnight (in those days there were no parents out there to drag kids home at a reasonable hour) and come home with pillow-cases bulging full, mostly with regular-size candy bars, but also with home-made cookies, brownies, fudge, candy apples - stuff nobody gives out any more, since parents are too paranoid to let their children eat it.

The heart's gone out of the game. Now it's kids in boring store-bought costumes being driven and escorted by grown-ups who don't even dress up, just stand around chatting in their coats, and the whole thing is over by 8:30 PM. The pitiful 'fun-size' candy bars are just an emblem of the decline.
