Elsewhere on the spectrum
ADDers. (I seem to be much more an ADDer than an Aspie.)

Excellent; thanks - I will pass that along to one of my young folk, whom it describes to a T; I think she will find it very reassuring.

Y'know, eventually science is going to make some progress in figuring out why our brains are different, and then instead of these bullshit behavioral-diagnosis labels, we'll have twenty or thirty descriptors based on observable physical/functional traits. Currently, the reason why "if you've met one autistic, you've met ONE autistic" is because 'autism' is a blanket term that covers pretty-much every kind of 'weird' that can't be otherwise classified. ADD has its own category, but it's no more precise than 'Aspie'.
