“If you plan to vote for a Republican this year, please consider eating glass instead.”

I am planning on voting for the incumbent Republican delegate to the state house of delegates, and the incumbent Republican county executive. They've both been doing good jobs -- and talking sense to some of their more radical party members -- and there's nobody better running against them. But I don't think I'll be voting for any R's at the national level.

I feel very sorry for my sane R friends right now. They've seen their party rent apart by the very forces they've been warning people about for years.

(if Emperor von Tromp reaches his MAGIC NUMBER of delegates, he - effectively - won't need to appease the GOP brass / he would even get to choreograph the convention in Cleveland, choosing who speaks and who doesn't. and somebody at Washington Post suggested he could run to the left of Clinton - on a few issues, at least - say, Trade or Foreign Policy. it's all very confusing .. especially if National Review endorses Mz Clinton after the Cruz an' Carly show officially tanks ..)
