Admirable choice of names. Minor grumble at some inaccuracies in the writeups. To call Tiptree "a spy who worked for the CIA" is a mislead worthy of a spy who works for the CIA. McCaffrey wasn't the first woman to win a Hugo, just the first to win one for fiction. Also, I think it's called the "Imperial Radch trilogy," confusing as that is.

Did The Ship Who Sang actually include artificial personalities?

A good list, indeed - and in the BuzzFeed age, that's something rarely said. =:)

I'll have to try remembering to dload the show mentioned at the end. (You can, too - AIUI, only BBC TV is geolocked, with radio available through iPlayer worldwide) Could be well worthwhile.

ETA: it's up here. To download it, fetch get_iplayer, then run:

./get_iplayer --type=radio --pid b06yfhqr
