Retirement
Like so many of the stories I grew up with, “everyone retires at 65” didn’t work for me. Now, after eight years more working part-time freelance, my last assignment has run out and I am done. For all that time, mine has been the tertiary income for the household, so the financial worries are minimal. I now have no excuse for not writing more.

Oh noes!
You can always say you're really busy alphabetizing the bookshelves, or re-alphabetizing them if that's necessary. Congrats! ;-)

Congratulations! Yes indeed, write more, lots more! But also get outdoors more - putter around the yard if you feel compelled to be productive; otherwise go ramble like Treebeard. Because you've earned it.

If some folk are willing to pay you for something you'd like to do, why discourage them? ^_^

There may be such people, but going out anjd finding them was always the worst part.
