Good thing I am not the walrus
Satirical charge of walrus abuse against truth abusers Joseph Farah & Jerome Corsi is constitutionally protected.

To clarify: Wingnutdaily sued Esquire after Esquire reported, on book release day, that Wingnutdaily had returned and pulped their entire run of the most recent "Obama is a sekrit Kenyan muslim" nonsense because they'd realised it was complete horseshit.

Wingnutdaily would, of course, NEVER pulp something because it was horseshit, and the book remained on sale, and their advertising-to-the-gullible-and-stupid blitz continued. Esquire's statement was clearly satire that only an idiot like Joseph Farah or Jerome Corsi could possibly think was serious. And so, because it was obviously satire, and they're fucking stupid, they sued.

They lost.

While reporting on them losing their case, Ken White at Popehat added accusations of walrus rape to the complaint and the judgement. Because that's funny, and also protected.
