In its desperate effort to catch up with Alabama and Mississippi, Arizona considers legislation to keep teachers from doing anything (not necessarily in the classroom) that the FCC would forbid. I think this law is so badly written that it would keep teachers from excreting in the privacy of their own bathrooms, but it may be slightly less stupid.
